our Sugar CRM install does not automatically retrive e-mails. We have to manually 'check mail' in the e-mail section. We are looking for someone who can install the cron job, setup the scheduler and finetune the mailbox settings accordingly.
There is also an issue with attachments > 250 KB (they don't download and they block the retrieval of other e-mail). Same problem for the upload of attachments > 250 KB.
