Need HTML formatting, cut and replace current code with new code

Hello,

I have a HTML template file that needs a coder to take several webpages take their content taken out and replaced in the template under a new file name. This is HTML only. Basically, I need a person to take a template I have made, which resembles the old pages, and cut and past the content from the old pages into the new template. The pages are nearly identical, except the old one is .aspx (but the content is all in HTML, don't worry). This is a simple job, but has to be done quickly. There are about four things that you would be cutting out of the old pages and pasting into the new. I will be putting these templates into my system as they are finished.

So, basically, I am sending you 1 template and all the old web pages, you will pretty much see what needs to be modified. This is all cutting and pasting again, but has a short deadline.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
