Phone Number Lookup Program(repost)

I am looking for a program that will provide me with phone numbers. I will not be providing phone numbers, you will have to find them on the internet. You will parse the information I give you, and return a phone number for me. Some internet services that I use manually: [[login to view URL]][1]; [[login to view URL]][2]; You can use any internet service you want, as long as I get a good response on the phone number lookup. I will provide the program an Excel File or Access File, what ever the developer wants: I will provide the following data fields: 1) First Name 2) Last Name 3) Street 4) City 5) Zip. The final output should be a new field in the Excel spreadsheet with the phone number. Or a new field in the DB with the phone number. The program should go against multple sources to find the number. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
