Security Advisor

We need a developing to monitor security issues. The software mus monitor many IP's and get any relevant information. when it finds any problem it should generate a report of it and explanation of how to fix it. and in some cases will fix it for us. This will be a general tool, and must not need any kind of upgrade along time (obsolecence). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Must be discussed Windows (Visual Basic) or Scripts in PHP. ## Deadline information Think it, could it be done with out needing to upgrade when time pass?? Prefered in Visual Basic or PHP The code generated in this project is confidential, and can't be used\distributted partially or totally. No matter the purpose. The code generated in the project needs to be well documented so it could be undestood.
