oscommerce and wordpress teacher wanted

Hi, I am a beginner webmaster. I have just started a Wordpress blog and an osCommerce online store. I am looking for someone who has a lot of experience with these programs and can teach me how to do everything I need to to make these work well. I want someone who can teach me via Skype phone or Ichat phone so that I learn as much as I can in the process and can do the things which are beyond me. For the osCommerse site I need someone with technical knowhow who knows how to add the code needed to get Paypal to work properly and there is some code needed to make the various currencies I want to use automatically update occording to currency fluctuations rather than me having to change them all the time. also to show me how to make the chages to pretty up the site. Also to show me how to make it secure and explain the pros and cons of different payment systems. For Wordpress just to explain how to make some design changes and how to add code to block spammers and just give some general explanations on how things work.
