Backlink Verification Program

I need a small script/program to verify backlinks. I need a simple front end. I will put this into a WordPress site, to make it easy to change the look and feel. I want the program to request the location of a text file full or URLs on my computer, aka URL file. I need to check each one of these URLs to make sure that a link I placed on the page, is still there. The URL file may, or may not, have quote marks. The program will need to work either way. The script will read the URL file. It will then read a different file that contains the backlink, or information, that I want to locate. It will then go the the web addresses listed in the URL file and check each page for the backlink. If possible, I will also need the program to search for the domain with, and without the www prefix. At a minimum I would like the script to output a 'Y' or 'N' for if the link is valid, or the text is there. I would also like the script to list the anchor text of the link, print out Follow or NoFollow, and also the actual link URL itself, so I can see what page it goes to. I will pay 1/3 after you send me a URL and I successfully test the program. 1/3 when I receive the program to install on my Linux server. 1/3 after I am satisfied that the script works. I may need minor modifications in the future. I of course will pay for these modifications.
