54667 Contest Site Fix & Change

3 months ago I had two online model contest sites created by a SL programmer. I finally opened one of the sites 3 weeks ago but it is not working perfect. The original programmer is too busy to fix, so I need somebody to fix the site that is open, and make changes to the site that is not yet open. The open site is: [login to view URL] The items that need fixed are: 1 - I want girls to be ranked by the "Babe Score", not by total votes. This means that girl on front page will change as average "Babe Score" changes throughout the day. It will also change the thumbnails on left side of pages to best "babe Score" girl is first thumb, then second and third, etc. 2 - Something is wrong with the picture upload feature. Many of the pictures do not upload properly and come out all black. Need that fixed. 3 - Voting system is not working right. It should allow persons to rate up to 5 girls every 24 hours, and only rate a girl one time each 24 hours. Now it often will not allow voters to rate girls even 2 or 3 days later. After those three things are fixed on this site, I want the changes made to the others site that I will open next week. PLUS, I need it fixed so that there is no frame around pictures on any page, and other HTML changes to make it like first site.
