Customize Joomla template for basic website (14 pages)

We are looking for a web designer to create the basic framework and page layout of our Joomla website and then we will do the major content creation ourselves inhouse so we can keep our costs down. We want to use the Ammon Joomla template from Themeforest.net. We have purchased this template and we can forward it to you. [login to view URL] We have had two custom extension modules created already that are used to upload a bulk of the page content. They are very simple to integrate into the template and very easy to use.
