Develop CRM, Web Portal, Mobile-friendly version (with CSS), iPhone and Android apps to access CRM

We need a CRM (client management system) developed, Web Portal built for clients acces, Admin CP, Database designed to handle over 10000+ clients, iPhone and Android native apps created to access most CRM features, with Push notification and messaging.
Project overview:
- CRM for contractors
Front end for clients - web interface.
CRM Admin User Management and billing.
CRM Admin control panel.
Client control panel.
Leads management and client tracking.
Ongoing and past projects.
Materials inventory.
User management (both for client and for CRM admin).
Messaging and notifications.
Financial reporting for client.
Pictures upload and storage - pics will be associated with projects
Search by customer name, project, date, address
Back-end - Robust Database, Redundancy system (database would duplicate every time there is a change - basically copy all information into secondary backup DB on a different server
Automatic DB backup into a "file" - incremental backup
Automatic pictures backup
Make CRM so it could potentially handle 10000+ clients
Create billing system, which would automatically charge client's CC every month.
Build web-based construction calculator based on existing Mobile apps (below)
Export function into CSV (importable into Excel) and XML.
Import function from original Export.
Create API so information can be easily export
- Mobile Site Version:
Create mobile-friendly CSS, that would shrink the site based on Screen Resolution. Alternatively create a dedicated mobile site.
- 2 New Apps
Create iPhone and Android apps that would serve as interface for the CRP, with push notifications, messaging built in and GPS functions. Possibly create a WP 7/8 app down the road.
- Existing Apps modification
Tie in the CRM with existing apps (source code will be provided) already in app store/market, so customers could export data from those apps into CRM
Create app settings backup onto a server, and ability for Client to push those settings back to the app (include some sort of authentication)
