I run a small letting business I advertise property and get emails in everyday from people interested in see them Then I email or call them back to set up appointments I am looking to get a system made that can handle these emails for me each email comes in with a subject tying it in to a property to let. We set up appoinments to show these properties. The most efficent way is to have preset up appointments that we can just pencil in the interseted people to see the property. If none of these times are right then we can make another arrangement. I want that when i get an email the email is answered with an email that brings user to a site that can set up an appointment while the person is online. It should set up appointment. and organise a reminder closer to the appointment date for both viewer agent and landlord It should invite the showing agent to give feedback on the person seeing the property and invite the person seeing the property to give feedback about the property. It should allow a person interested in taking the apartment to upload references and allow the agent showing the apartment to send feed back on the peopl interested to the owner It should take as much data from the email as possible so that the email address and name and phone number are already taken and entered in to site. The less user input the better.
