Make Cre Loaded 6.2 Pro Template

I have Cre Loaded v6.2 Pro[13.2 (SP1)]on Linux shared server. The server has mysql 5.0.67. I am in need of site/template design for cre loaded. I have found a couple of templates on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] that I like. I like the color sheme of [login to view URL] . I like the layout of [login to view URL] . I have not purchased any templates yet. I am looking for someone to make 1 template that combines the elements from both templates selected.
