Similar site for moving server

Hi, Simple project. I need a similar site using Joomla, wordpress or anything you've mastered to customize to any liking. The contents will remain the same so it's just a matter of copy and paste I know this project looks fake but it's not. The current designer has been overcharging the business and not given any access to the site files so it needs to be redone. Priority of bids considered for this project: Lowest bids will be given priority Ratings will determine when milestones are released If communication is good, I won't mind new freelancers either.
