Web Crawler For Real Estate Site (SocialEngine)

I am looking for a programmer to write a code which will do the following: 1. Do a daily crawl on a real estate website and collect data on houses for rent. This data will include 1 Photo, Address, Agent Name, Agency Name etc. 2. Take this information and create a listing on my website (built with SocialEngine)(PHP). 3. Make this listing automatically send a Private Message to a registered 'Agent' on our site, which will ask them to 'Confirm Rental Property', which will then be added to their 'Rental Portfolio' If someone could advise me on weather or not this kind of programming is possible it would be great to chat more.
