We are looking for a dating site to be built we need it to be 100% web 2.0/3.0 All modern.
We have a mock up to show and must Skype before starting project. (Min- Voice Chat/ Preferred Video Chat)
Key Functions:
Must have modern layout with 100% web 2.0/3.0 implemented. ( Mobile, Apps, Emails )
A test site where we can make changes then once approve push the updates in to the live site.
A chat bar like facebook or myspace.
User experience is extremely important to us.
The user signup needs to be easy and simply, offering a basic 1 > 2 > 3 Sign up system (ask for photos etc)

Requirements :
[url removed, login to view] must sign a non disclosure agreement and payment agreement,
[url removed, login to view] install and config the software on our server. (Cpanel VPS)
3.75% done within 7 days with a working site and an extra 7 days to completely finish and tune up. (14 total days)
[url removed, login to view] must provide 45 days of normal support only related to your project.
5. You agree to sign further legal paper work regrading this project.
6. Must Skype before project starts and randomly during the project at the project manager requested.

He/she must have full access to your work in progress.
At any time project goes off budget, time or violation of terms. It will be pulled from you an awarded to the next person.
If you have project to a working order and have 75% complete site before 3 days, We will add another 50$ as an incentive and all future work will be done by you and no other developer will be offered the job.
Payment: Milestones:
To Start project milestone should be none or 1.
First payment at 25% complete site.
Second payment at 50% complete site.
Third payment at 90% complete site.
% is rated by the project manager. ( It normally takes 48 hours to reach 25% and 5 days to reach 50%)
All milestones will be released after 92 hours and bug free with terms meet.
