C# Dot Net 2? video scheduling application needs routine to properly correct for time lost due to opening and closing video clips. Routine is already written, however it only accounts for time lost of less than 1 second, and does not compensate for over-correcting.
The application also need to account for hourly time difference between the PC and Internet time.?
