Pro Redesign of Existing Banner

I have a decent looking 960X150 banner. I want a graphic artist to take what is there and take it to a more professional level. Thanks for your bids. Please, no calls on this bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. We are asking you to take the image I linked to the previous message, and make it look nicer, and blend better. We do not want to change the colors or move the text. We only want what is already there to be cleaner and more professionally assembled, no other images or text. Our product is an electric car, that very car that is on the page, so we cannot use Ferraris and the like. Our car is eco friendly, thus the Green lettering and Green flowing from the vehicle to the name. I don't want any of you to make any samples and get upset when I tell you it won't do. What would really help make the decision is for you to show me an example of a file SIMILAR to this that you have created, showing multiple layers with text, so that I can see that you can design at a high level. Then I will know that you can take our image and improve on it, not change it. I would also consider doing this in flash. I've been getting a lot of comments and questions, so I will answer them as broadcasts so that all are on the same page. I hope to make a choice within the next day.
