Video Capture Station - WINFORMS application

My company has several different projects right now...related to our core technologies/platform. Some of the projects are standalone; others are not. Below is the first project we need to complete, though I would be very interested in discussing the others to qualified applicants. *** Windows-based Video Capture Station application -Develop using C#, .NET 2.0 and WINFORMS -This application allows a user to enter metadata and control video encoding hardware installed on the computer. When the captured media and entered metadata are 'approved' by the user, the metadata will be saved as an XML file...and both files (MPEG and XML) will be submitted for processing. We are currently writing a set of controls for the MPEG encoding card using the manufacturer's APIs, so there will be no interaction with the card's APIs by your code. We have a much more detailed workflow diagram and project specification, which we would share, of course. It is hoped, but not required, that this relatively straightforward project would be the start of a longer term relationship. We have a number of projects waiting to be completed...and we would like to build a good working relationship before assigning them all. I look forward to hearing back from you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform >> Windows XP >> WINFORMS >> .NET, C#, C++, XML >> Experience with Optibase and other video encoding hardware helpful but not required.
