546898 Needing Real Estate Site with Search Function

Needing a real estate website designed with same functionality as website [login to view URL](dot)tv I need the listings to be available by search just like the basic search box on the home page, possibly adding one or two more search fields. The site will be used in the same geographic area that the referenced site above is. An add property function will be needed also for the front end website visitor (just like on reference site) No advanced search needed for visitors, just a search box like on home page as described above. In the admin section , when I add property , I need to see a date stamp so I can tell when entered, but not have that stamp show up to the visitor. Need the ability to make a prior input actively shown listing to be changed to "inactive" and not show up viewable to website visitor. I also need when inputing a new property listing on back end, I nee to have all the same additional options to add that the user has on the front end when they add a property (see add property page on referenced site) . All those radio button options is what I am referring to. I am open to having this designed in word press, or PHP or other suggestions. I am needing a reasonably priced solution.
