PSD to Wordpress/Tomatocart Developer

Hello, I am seeking a capable individual (not company - so please do not apply). To undertake various tasks every week for one of the largest growing web design companies currently in the North of England. We currently have someone who does all of the below tasks for us weekly however he has become less responsive so we are seeking someone new long term. As the company is very small we want to add one individual with skills that are able to undertake the following: Important Skills & Example Tasks - Must be able to type fluent English, we do not need to speak to you over the phone but you must be able to speak in English. Our primary source of communication is text via Skype so this is also a minimum as we will need to speak to you almost daily. Communication is key. - Minimum HTML, PHP, MYSQL and CSS language knowledge. Java & Ajax a bonus. - Must understand how wordpress works inside out. - Convert a PSD file into a wordpress template. - Convert a PSD file into a tomatocart template (very similar to oscommerce - please see [login to view URL]). - Modify PHP code in tomatocart to add a new feature such as special offers for product variants which does not already exist. - Fix a small front-end PHP problem that allows customers to add items to the cart that are out of stock within tomatocart. - Modify the front end layout of the checkout system for tomatocart. - Fix a back-end PHP problem that doesn’t allow PDF invoices to be generated within tomatocart. - Modify the back-end invoice generation system within tomatocart to change the layout of the printed invoices on the PDF. Bonus Skills (but not essential) - Graphic Design - Able to design their own PSD wordpress theme using several online examples the client likes. - Able to design their own PSD tomatocart themes using several online examples the client likes. - Ability to also create responsive wordpress / tomatocart themes. Payment & Hours We will start off looking for someone at $6 per hour. If after 3 months the chosen individual can show a good level of consistent work we are happy to start paying $8 per hour instead. We expect that to begin with you will have around 5-8 hours per week. Once you can show you are good we will be looking at around 14 hours per week. We pay at the end of each week once work is completed. We do not delay on payments; we pay via PayPal or BACS immediately. We are looking for someone who can complete work quickly but without compromise on quality. We do not want rushed jobs but also do not want someone who takes 10 hours to tweak simple code. Once we have narrowed down our search to a select few we may ask you to demonstrate your skills, we will pay you the hourly rate to do this. (It's PHP; you can download a copy local and investigate the code). We do have some tasks that need completing this weekend so we are seeking someone fairly quickly.
