facebook App for single sign on to 3 email accounts (gmail, yahoo and hotmail)(repost)

Hi everyone, I have modified the requirements to make it a Facebook App instead of a standalone website. I need you to create a facebook application where user can view his yahoo, gmail, hotmail and facebook emails. here are few requirements: 1- all communications between the server and the facebook App have to be encrypted and secured. 2- user should be able to read emails only. 3- user can NOT send or delete emails, and can NOT change password, profile or any other account information. 4- visible notification need to be added when the user receives a new email - but make sure NOT to send email notification otherwise we have a loop of notifications. 5- all emails from all accounts should be listed in the same page all together, the only way to differentiate them is a small icon next to each email that tells whether this is a yahoo, gmail, hotmail or facebook account. 6- you are not required to do any graphics. only coding with functioning interface. 7- if you can not do the facebook integration, please let me know, I will split the project into two parts, and will give the facebook integration to another coder. 8- project needs to be done using php 5.3 and mysql. 9- code needs to be well structured and commented.
