Flash / xml / php site functionality

Seeking an experienced Flash Developer with high understanding of xml and php. Must be comfortable With Action Script movement NO FRAME TWEANING [login to view URL] is looking to re-design current website It will be done in 2 phases. PHASE ONE: Animation The original [login to view URL] site has a scribble that turns into a straight line the new site will have similar movement but the line will extend vertically and then open up to reveal the content. I can animate the unravelling of the scribble but then I need the line to span 100% of the site and open up. (Please see attached jpgs) xml driven Accordion Menu, the requirement for the xml menu is as follows: accordion should only be revealed when the mouse coordinate is near it otherwise it needs to be hidden. Please see the following links for reference: [login to view URL] as the menu is reveled the content re-adjusts to fit in the center of the screen, also notice the general feel of the site easing etc... - needs to load images by communicating with XML file - needs to go three levels Deep - needs to have easing functionality using action script - needs to have "over state" - needs to have "Clicked state" - needs to have a "roll out state" - needs to look exactly as show in attached document. sub menu Submenu would work in the following way. Once the end user selects a project through the accordion menu the first slide loads and if there are others they continue loading until done (in most cases there will not be more than 6 slides loading at a time. To the right of the slide there will be numbers animating down representing each slide as it loads, they are clickable and will burn in a slide corresponding to each number. In addition there will be 2 buttons add to a light box and print the project (this is more for phase two of the project) Content All text forms etc should have a basic transition I will story board it out, nothing crazy a burn it or an alpha would probably do the trick. forms: contact form Send to a friend form PHASE TWO: Based on sucess of phase one candidate will be able to go into phase two, and it will then be outlined in greater detail. Phase two will include: Store users info in a database provide users with a PDF lightbox functionality. End users will be able to add, or remove portfolio image to a light box that information will be stored on the server .
