Add WordPress Menu and Customize Widgets

Here is the basic summary. My website is ProDrafts.com. I downloaded the WordPress plugin," Side Slide Menu ". Here is what it is supposed to look like: [login to view URL] What I am trying to do is get the plugin installed on my website and have it function exactly like it does in the link above. To open this menu I want the link in my header," Create The Perfect Fantasy Lineup, ----> ( Click Here! ) <----- The Click here part to be able to slide the menu open. You can edit this part with the Plugin," WPFront " which is currently activated and installed in my WordPress. Currently I have the plugin Side Slide Menu deactivated, but you can find it in the list of plugins I have. As I mentioned earlier, I want the menu to slide open just like it does in the demo. I want to be able to still scroll my website screen down but the menu stays fixed just like the demo. The menu will be a custom menu. It will feature links to a total of three widgets. That is the basic concept of it. I am assuming there is a plugin capable of doing that.
