Algorithm Cracking/Key Generator - open to bidding

Hello, you have just bid on my project but it has now disappeared from the site so I am coming to you direct! I have a product which uses an SD card for licencing. I send the manufacturer the 10 Digit SD card number and request a licence for a feature that has a 6 Digit ID and they send back a 32 digit Licence which is generated using an algorithm which I need finding out. The licence is made up of 32 characters from a-z A-Z 0-9 _ @ (64 in total). If more then one licence is generated for the same ID and feature then a different licence is generated. I then add the licence to the SD card and it recognises the licence and confirms if it is valid or invalid. The SD card has no internet connectivity so must know the Licence information already or have the algorithm on it. I need the algorithm finding (Or the licences from the SD card) and then a simple program building whereby I can enter 2 inputs and it will return the licence using the algorithm found. Is this something you could do? I have lots of examples I can send you of existing licences and also have all the files from the SD card. Thanks
