Android Studio Networking App

I am looking to develop a long term relationship with a young and talented app developer in the UK or overseas. My name is Michael Roberts, I have a PhD, MSc and BSc. [login to view URL] I have already spent 100 hours working with Android Studio and using my phone as the emulator to run code which I learnt from online tutorials presented by Bucky Roberts: [login to view URL] I have an original idea for an App that I would like to create and develop together with an experienced Android Studio developer. Particular details can be divulged once contact has been made however the basic functionality would follow a typical dating app - local database matching based on location, member/profile generation using facebook api may be... nothing seriously complicated. Business goal: to create a unique networking app (none currently exist), build up a large user base like tinder, then decide how best to monetize at a later date - app will be free and eventually on Android, iOs, and Windows. No website required at this stage. My first degree was in Computer Science at Reading University but my programming skills are out of date. I have set my budget to 750-1500 but ideally would like to develop a long term relationship with a business partner and share the profits - if we get on and believe our combined efforts can produce original and profitable results!!
