Apply custom header to Wordpress Genesis Theme

Our WordPress blog ([login to view URL]) is using the Genesis Framework and Sample Genesis Child Theme. I also use the plugin Design Pallet Pro for minor visual edits. I want our Genesis Sample Theme header to match the header in the Minimum Theme, but without mobile icon, seen here: [login to view URL] (FYI, I also have the Minimum theme installed, but am not using it.) Our header is already very close, but has too much black space, and our logo does not center properly. We can give access to a Sandbox account for this job. Thank you.
