Borland C++ Builder 6 component for PDF viewing

Hello. This is a bid request that was previously posted, but the result does not exactly match our query. We are still in discussion with our first coder, but we cannot wait anymore so I post this new bid request. What we need is a Borland C++ Builder 6 component in order to view PDF files. Since the layout must be EXACTLY the same as the original document, we cannot use any other file format. The viewer has to have “normal?? functions: Zoom in and zoom out, search for a text, print. In addition, we want an “insert comment?? function, which should look like the MS-Word one. Any links to other documents should be solved (i.e. the component returns the name of the document and the page in order to open the right doc at the right page) Encrypt and decrypt functions are needed. An extra bonus will be given to the coder for a good job, done before the deadline (this is very important, so please be sure you can do it before you accept the job). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working component(s) for Borland C++ Builder 6, in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Absolute respect of the deadline. 5) The component have to be able to view PDF files, keeping the original layout unchanged. 6) All functions mentionned in the description should be available: search, zoom, encrypt, decrypt, goto a specified doc at the specified page, copy to cliboard, print, insert comments in the text, save the comments. ## Platform Win 95, win 98, win 2000, win XP
