I need to develop website for delivering grocery items (mainly fresh fruits/vegetables). Details are as per the this document in dropbox. [login to view URL]
1) please pay special attention to "special notes" in the document.
2) I prefer if you have small team of developers 2 -3 (But not mandatory)
3) Please pay special attention to timelines that you are giving. (Ex If you say 2 months, you need to finsh in Development + testing in 2 months.)
4) You can give pricing for individual phase or part.
5) Your pricing need to include QA testing,otherwise I dont have a team to do all the testings.
6) I have no problem in creating milestones, but if I'm releasing any money, I need to receive source code up to that point. If I'm agreed to release a milstone at a certain stage, You need send me the source code (through freelancer.com). I will check it if same as what you have shown previously , I will release it. You have a leass risk becasue moeny is with freelancer.com, you can open a case and get it. But if i release it i cannot open a case with freelancer.com. I think this is fair.
7) I prefer you are using PHP, Open to other options, But I do like if you could use PHP.
