Build an Online Store

We recieve daily XML from our distributors, which contains info that we can use to automate things in our Magento store. Import module should do following: a) Import will only use specific categories from distributor (printers, toners, cartridges,…), not their whole catalog b) There has to be an option so we can add new categories if we should need them in future c) If an article with ident XXX doesn't exist in our catalog, import need to disable it (so we can edit it to our standard description, price, etc) d) There has to be a possibility to lock prices for specific products – so import does NOT overwrite our prices (if product is enabled, on stock and has stock value over 1, price is locked) e) Possibility to set profit (distributor price+tax+%profit) for specific idents/categories f) Stock is checked with many distributors at same time. If product is on stock from local distributor (from Slovenia), product has set status »Rok dobave 2-3 dni« (stock is set to 0). If product is on stock from outside distributor (outside Slovenia, mostly Germany), product need price correction (distributor price+shipping+tax+%profit) and has set status »Rok dobave 7-10 dni« (stock is set to -10). We use Amasty custom stock status for all stock rules. g) If distributor doesn't have product on stock or he removes it from XML but we still have it on stock, product in our catalog remains enabled. If we don't have it, then import disables it. I've attached example of XML we recieve from our main distributor. It's split in 2 parts: a) [login to view URL] which contains general info about product and is also visible on their webpage. We normally don't use it because we have our own picture, descriptions etc, but we might use it in future if we add some new product categories. b) [login to view URL], which contains info about our individual price and stock status. This is very important XML, as it contains info that needs to be updated daily, sometimes even several times a day.
