Build a Website

I need a website, here is the idea: This website will connect ‘teachers willing to go abroad to teach’ and ‘the schools which are willing to employ them.’ So, teachers and schools will need to register first. The website will ask teachers their personal and professional information and store them in a database. (will be a lot of information, attachments, etc.) The website will ask schools about their employment needs and their contract details. (again, a lot of details…) Then, by filtering according to *availability (when are they ready to teach?) *experience *country preference *salary preference *subject to teach * etc... We'll know how many candidates are available for a certain position in a school in a certain country. There will be 2 way filtering: 1. We’ll filter to find a specific teaching candidate among our pool of teachers (for example a math teacher is needed in Cambodia who could travel and start by the first week of Feb 2017, who could work for 2000usd/m or less) 2. We’ll filter the schools in order to place a certain teaching candidate (suppose we have a principal who is willing to go to any country in Africa, who could work for a year or 2 for 3000$/m and may start asap) It'll be free for teachers, but schools will pay us a commission once we secure a teacher for them. Teachers will be able to register online easily. Once they register, we'll invite them to our office in NJ/USA or to an online conference. This is to know them better. During this face-to-face or online interview, they will be asked to teach a demo lesson. The thing is I worked abroad at int'l schools and I recruited many teachers. Now, like to do it online. THANKS!
