Build a Website

I have a website for a local newspaper with a custom admin that feeds to/from a mySQL database and then integrates the content into my website via PHP. The admin allows the website owner to add articles that go into a drafts location, then the owner can choose to move these stories to the primary homepage, the stories archive or a health page. There is also a feature to update ads that randomly display on pages and to upload two feature PDFs. The original programmer is not available, and we need to add some features to the existing admin. This should only be a couple hours work for a skilled programmer. - Copy the existing site to ensure we can revert to it if needed. - For articles, we need to add a field for date of the story and then have that display on the website pages after the existing author name field content. - Also for articles, we need to add a new section/tab for ‘News' stories and then provide the option to move stories from the ‘Drafts’ section to the ‘News' section, just like there is currently the option to post to the homepage, archives or health. - Add the functionality to customize the filenames for the two feature PDFs. - There is currently an error when attempting to delete the story thumbnail image or the align right/align left option. This needs corrected. - Test to ensure that everything works error free
