Build a Website

I would like to build a straightforward website about this one electronic product, buyers will have the option to order this product from anywhere in the world and also in quantities. I will be able to handle the communication aspect of contacting the warehouses but I handle no anything about websites. But I just want something like say Alibaba, they have millions of products but I only need it for 1 product that's all. How long will it take to build this site, and will I have hire more freelancers on a regular basis? Let me know, thanks.
