Build a Website- New one

I need to build a new website for a function centre. Some sample website address will be provided. * Domain & hosting is already available. * Domain is right now set to be redirected to another page. * In that sister concern's website, it uses pages to serve the purpose. But time to build its own website. Guidelines and Conditions: 1. Using HTML5 and CSS3 2. Design has to be attractive. You will have your freedom to design; We won't mind as long as you make something attractive, lucrative & shiny! :) 3. Importantly, Site loading time must has to be very very short. 3. Here are just few things to be implemented, but not limited to- Customer feedback, Contact form, provision for popped up Special offer/discount, options for customers to be subscribed to get news/offer update etc. 4. The website must be responsive to different devices, e.g., laptop, tablet, smartphones, etc. 5. The website should be focused on audience, i.e., tentative customers and should be user friendly for them to find information and to browse. 6. The website should integrate latest Wordpress for content management. And adding new page, text and image should be easier. 7. There should be page builder type provision to easily create new page. Text formatting options should be higher. 8. The website design initially should have at least but not limited to the following: Home page, Function home, individual packages may be, contact, about, image gallery etc. 9. Database Provision for customer & function booking information along with easy UI. Login facility for the Staff with different access levels for the information Add/Del/Update.. -This would be the last thing to do, after everything else is done. 10. Further detail requirement would be communicated time to time during the work going on.
