Build a bezier curve shape editor

The shape creator will allow the user to create random shapes using bezier curves, draw straight lines, measure distance in mm, and scale the shape in mm. the shape creator will duplicate the final shape and save it to an element inside a breezingforms record (it's a wordpress form plugin). We are looking for a web-based solution that will open when we view images on the backend, which is woocommerce.
