Build an online appointment scheduler just like www.mytime.com with similar features

I need to build an appointment scheduler just like [login to view URL] with similar features. I don’t want features such as Reputation Manger, Listing Manager (to create pages on Google, etc), or Create direct Ads for FB, etc. I don't need a mobile app (for iOS and Android). This web application should be built on PhP5, Mysql, CSS3, javascript and jquery. Code for this project should be clean (preferred on Laravel framework). Bidders in this project should have excellent knowledge in PhP programming and database structure. Appointment scheduler is a platform were businesses offer a variety of services, workshops, classes and make them available to clients online to book appointments for services that businesses offer. Businesses need to have the ability to create a page, describe their business, create new services, workshops, classes, add staff, create discount prices, create packages of services, create coupons for clients, Social Media integration, e-mail and social media promotion, instant notification with email SMS, etc. create different level of user permission (such as desk administrator, staff), and appointments should be visible in calendar.
