Im looking for a php professional with laravel &ionic knowledge to build a poll engine. Looking for a development team with php programers & designers to develop a interactive poll. ([login to view URL]) The team should be able to build a webservice (php7 in laravel framework)+ mobile apps for android & ios based on Ionic. We also demand experience working with github. The user front end should be built on “tinder style”. We will have different questions and user clicks agree/disagree. The product will be initially used to “vote” on political topics to get us as platform owners to receive voting results and be able on the backend to segment to answers in different user segments with for example: Age, working experience, education
