Build a service website + IOS app

We are looking for a skilled developer who could complete a website + IOS app for our project. ***we have already designed a website and app mockup. (using [login to view URL]) Rough project idea: Hosting a group -> Other users join the group -> Booking a venue for the group with an "American share" payment amongst the members in the group. Rough idea of what we will need: A website and IOS app which includes: -Main interface (Home page, Map page, Create group page, Venue selection page, Join group page, User info page) -Venue booking system (Shows the available time and prices) -Payment system (split payment system, credit card registration in user account) -Chat system (Including adding users as friends, and inviting them to join group) -Search, sort by, and filter system *More details will be disclosed after we get in contact.
