( see template attached) This project is to design a simple but very beautiful php standalone home page, which must be responsive to mobile devices and tablets. We use Bootstrap for our design. Browsers compatibility is as follow: Firefox , safari IE9+ and Chrome must be 100% compatible. This page is for a bilingual site, so make sure that your code is not scattered throughout the page, as we will use the following php code to include translated sections of the page <?php include ("[login to view URL]");?> We require a clean code with enough commenting.

Hi there, I am also working with bootstrap in all of my projects so there won't be any issue in terms of responsiveness or browser compatibility.
