I am in need of a add-on to my website that will allow users to communicate by voice, in real time in large channels (50+ user in each channel). For example, user A is in his state's channel, he is looking for a headlight for a make X model X vehicle. He broadcasts the details which will be heard by all other users in the channel. If user B has the part he is looking for user B can reply by voice saying he has the part in stock with a price. The software will run in a similar manner to TeamSpeak3 but I want it to be web based with automatic login (using my websites username) and an extremely easy to use PTT interface. There is no need for users to see who is online or their status, it will work similar to the classic 2-way radio systems.

Hello, We have previously built a voice-based forum and I think this is exactly what you are trying to achieve. The major difference I see is that you want it to work as a radio system where people can tune-in but I think a forum-radio hybrid model may be better, if I understand you correctly. This way the users do not necessarily need to all be online at the same time or miss the messages. We can develop a system where users can post an audio message on a channel, and other users can listen to the channel topic message and respond. The original poster can also specify maximum number of responses they want or close the forum thread manually whenever desired. Let me know your thoughts but we're interested in working on this project for you. Thank you

I am an enterprise level VoIP engineer working Mukilteo Washington. What you need for 50+ people in a channel is to use a gateway that supports signal transcoding/multiplexing. Freeswitch 1.6 or above can do exactly what you want, and the default conference profiles include configurations for this (I use them). I have systems like this that I built for my company. FS is your best and likely only chance to make this work well. You won't be able to do peer to peer with that many signals, and for cross-browser support you will almost certainly be trans-coding, so your server will need to be relatively powerful server. For the mentioned price, I can set up a basic web portal where all the users can chat on a single channel. For any type of site integration (controls, other logic), the price will be higher.
