Change appearance of my program

I have a worksheet generator for primary school students that doesn't fit my needs 100%. The program works perfect, but the front end of the program is not how I want it to be. Example: [login to view URL] The whole process in the front end has to be done on one stage. Select group, than the category and after that worksheet. Click generate and the worksheet will appear. At the moment it goes through 2 stages and in the wrong order. The front end has to be 640 px in width. The length can me much more. 1000 or something is no problem. It would be nice of the lay-out complements the lay-out of this program: [login to view URL] Also I would like to connect this program (I have got all the necessary files) with the database that I use for the worksheets. Next to all the worksheet choices they also have the choice to do this wordsflash game. So quick summary: - clean front with the whole process in one page. - connect wordflash program with my words database
