Changing a wordpress plugin's taxonomy slug/permalinks by editing plugin code.

I bought a wordpress plugin. When I add new tournament, it creates ugly slug in the permalinks for particular taxonomies. I want to change the slugs to something like [url removed, login to view]%postname%/-tournaments/ for Tournaments and [url removed, login to view]%postname%/-matchdays/ for Matchdays so that the permalinks pick the tournament name and matchdays name from my wordpress article title. I want you to edit the plugin itself and action should not fire frequently. I need someone who can start and finish in 1 or 2 hours. This is obviously very simple project if you know what you do.
