Code PSD to CSS/PHP website - no CMS

We are seeking a programmer/coder to code our PSD files for our new website into a static CSS/XHTML/PHP website (php will be used for includes and contact form).
Features that need to be coded in:
- some sliders will be used on site, including for testimonials, and main page images
- PHP for contact form to email will be needed
- Must be responsive be compliant with W3C standards
- Must use Bootstrap framework - newest possible
- This is a white label project
- A seperate project will be made for WHMCS integration, however if you are able to do this, please include this in your bid and provide the details via msg.
- Faster is better, please give an accurate deadline for completion.
