Code a Search and Mapping Tool for GameTimez.com platform

We run the [login to view URL] platform. Check it out at www.gametimez.com. Currently, it is just a Wordpress blog with many entries. Someday, this will be a thriving online platform of sports players, fans, and enthusiasts connecting around the sports they love. This project is to develop a custom Wordpress hack or plugin that enables the following functionality: 1. Database - our data entry people will need to be able to go into the backend and upload an excel spreadsheet that will include all the data for game times of high school sports for all states in the US and eventually the world. This will be kept in an internal excel spreadsheet at first, for the MVP, and then uploaded to the site, enabling using to search. 2. Search - Users can search the data in a variety of ways including a list and also a map. Each row will have an address associated with longitude and lattitude. The search results based on keywords and filters can show in a list view (with paging) or a map view with pins. Each pin can be clicked on to reveal the full schedule for each sport of that school. The pins will be high schools and colleges across America. The filters will be: by date (week, day, month), by sport, by city/state. - The user must first tell the search system which city and state they want to search in, or geo locate for them based on standard open source abilities ("show me the games around me" Essentially, we are going to collect all the data on the high school games and college games being playing in America, we will put that in via an excel spreadsheet, and we want to give users on our site the ability to quickly, and easily search the info based on their location, their sport, by high school name, and by when games are being played (tonight, tomorrow, this week, next week, this month, etc.) We would need someone to do the UI for the search results and search plugin. Note - you don't need to use Wordpress also. We use it for our blog, so it is easy to do it that way, however, it is not necessary as long as we can make the usability simple and seamless from it to our blog.
