Coding & Building a website like Kickstarter

I bought a script and you can see it online here - [login to view URL] Your job will be to create it to how we want it. The website will be similar to [login to view URL], however users will be able to list and sell their real estate, and buyers will be able to "buy a ticket", and if all money is raised and succeeds the budget amount, it will be awarded to one of the people who bought a ticket. There is a long list of things to do, here are just a few. - Change the name on the top tab bar, add meta description & tags - Remove the "designed by template" words on the bottom of each page. - Change the front text, etc... - Like ok kickstarter, add under each campaign a status bar that increases when people pay and also a back end admin panel for us to be able to set the bar to any price. - When a user starts a campaign, add more details and also a google map location of the property. - Activate the "Disqus" widget on the site. - Sign in with facebook or email, be able to share each campaign easy with share tools. - Pay with Paypal, everything connected to paypal account - Make sure all the script works and everything functions - Make a ticket system, so someone can click on a campaign and click purchase ticket for a set price that the seller sets before hand, then buys the ticket easily through credit card or paypal, then that money is added to the campaign, if it does not raise enough money, the money will not be sent back to the seller, but the ticket will be usable again to put towards another campaign. The list goes on. I need it until its fully functional and ready to go.
