Cognos Senior Developer - Repost

Role: Cognos Senior Developer w/ TM1 Admin skills Locations: suburban Chicago Description: Cognos Senior Developer with hands on experience with the IBM Cognos 10.x suite. including use of Framework Manager Modeling, Dynamic Cube Modeling, Active Reports, Transformer Cubes, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Workspace Advanced, and Cognos Mashup Services. This person will also be involved in some basic TM1 administration so a person who has installed/tuned/administered TM1 along with Cognos Development skills is ideal. Required Experience/Skills: • Senior Cognos report development which can consist mostly in Report Studio or Workspace Advanced. • Experience with Data Warehousing Design Techniques and Concepts, specifically star-schema modeling, is a must • Ability to quickly understand the Framework Manager model that has/is being built • Knowledge or experience with Dynamic Cube Modeling, Active Reports, Transformer Cubes, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, and Cognos Mashup Services is a plus • Advanced SQL Skills • Must be able to work in an agile/fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and problem solving skills • Real-estate exposure is a plus We are under a strict timeline so our interview process will be stringent and rapid.
