I need someone to convert my PSDs into a Wordpress CMS theme. The theme has approximately 10 custom pages. The timeline for this project is 10 days from acceptance. If you cannot commence the project within 12 hours please DO NOT accept this project - I will not create a milestone until the project has commenced.
