(PLEASE NOTE: This project is only 60% confirmed. The client has confirmed wanting to go ahead for this project, but wants to get some estimates first. I'd like to convert the following website into a PHP-based CMS website [login to view URL] The site is currently just PHP files. I've converted the header and footer into partials Ideally the CMS would be WordPress, but I'm open to ideas. There are no design changes, you can reuse the existing styling and CSS. The pages in the site (I believe there are about 40+) should be converted into WordPress pages. If you're reading this description, tell me what your favorite color is and why. The current site is not mobile-responsive, and the new template need not be mobile-responsive either. The CMS should have a couple of CRUD-based mechanisms: 1) Uploading of promotional images Please see [login to view URL] Each database entry should have the full image and a thumbnail. 2) Uploading of e-Newsletters Please see [login to view URL] Each database entry should have the title (e.g. "APRIL 2016 - Issue 153"), the HTML-enabled caption, and the PDF file attachment. The system should also be able to auto-build archive pages for previous years. 3) Media Galleries Please see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The system needs to be able to accept uploads of images, generate thumbnails, and render the HTML to be embedded via shortcode (for a preview of 8 images), and in a URL (for all the images). Displayed images should be in a lightbox. If you can think of any other way this website and the data mechanisms could be optimised, I'd be grateful if you could suggest it to me.
