I need a plugin for Wordrpess to be developed. The plugin will let the user create icons with a title, description, link, and a custom width/height for the icon image (custom images imported to library). These icons will be selectable through a list that will appear in the post/page edit page, and be displayed through a shortcode. The display output must be gridlike with responsive settings (how many columns displayed depending on screen width or type of screen ex. desktop, smartphone,tablet ecc.)
