Hi there, This is Phillip, I'm a full time Forex programmer, this is what I've been doing for the last 2-3 years (and have been a programmer and Forex enthusiast long before that). I've recently worked on a trend indicator myself, calculating the trend based on the most sensible price action moves, looking at each individual candle, and then determining the main (longer term) trend based on the shorter term trend changes (higher highs, lower lows, stuff like that). The indicator works pretty good and it's stable, I've even calculated supply and demand levels based on range and sideways movement breakouts. Let me know if you're interested in acquiring it or re-designing it to match your specific requirements. I haven't yet sold it to anyone else, and plan to create an EA based on it in the near future.
