Create a Joomla Template

Please find the project requirements which we have discussed as below. 1. Client wants a Content Management System designed in Joomla and [login to view URL] . 2. Application should be able to manage text and pics (eg. text stories and pics). 3. User wants a App like UI in the browser. 4. Application should be compatible with all browsers(Chrome, IE,Mozila etc.). 5. This application is basically targeted towards start-up magazine or News houses. 6. Should be easy to use. 7. Only subscriber should be able to view the complete content, the normal un-subscribed users should see like a demo of the content. 8. The lighter the application the better. 9. Should have scope to expand and include the videos feature. 10. Source code will be handed over to me
