Create a Simple Wordpress/WooCommerce Plugin

Hi, I need an experienced PHP programmer who is familiar with working on and or developing Wordpress plugins. Some knowledge of WooCommerce would also be helpful, as this project involves both a WooCommerce theme and a separate, unrelated WooCommerce plugin. Both the theme and plugin are currently installed and activated on my website. The theme that I am using is a "marketplace" theme built for WooCommerce. It creates an online shop and a "monetary" user balance for each website member. The WooCommerce plugin that I am using, although it is unrelated to the theme, also creates a separate (secondary) user balance. The plugin's user balance is a "credit" based system. In short, I need these two separate user balance systems to be "tied" together to create one single balance for each user. So basically I need a NEW plugin that will work side-by-side with the theme and original plugin. Again, I don't want to customize or replace the original plugin, this job will require a new plugin. The new plugin will need to draw from both user balances to work properly. Despite my lengthy description this project is actually a very simple, basic and easy job for any knowledgeable programmer. Please only bid on this project if you have a working knowledge of Wordpress/WooCommerce code and have experience developing at least simple Wordpress plugins.
